Warren Little League Baseball banquet was held at the National Guard Armory on Market St. Batting co-champions Tom Flynn and Ray Rossi and home run leader Fred Polak were honored along with the 1954 Champions, the Berkshire Fine Spinning Senators. The guest speaker was second baseman Gerry Coleman of the New York Yankees. Later an announcer for the San Diego Padres, Gerry received the National Baseball Hall of Fame's Ford Frick Award for Broadcasters in 2005.
